Just for those of you who didn't understand the phallic metaphor i tried to use last time:
i was not talking literally about the size of my dick.
tonight helped back up my point though.
i walked past several people i used to hang around with, people i thought liked me.
they walked straight past me, but one of them said 'hi, kyle!'
even still, they didn't want to knoqw about my life. they probably assumed that i aimed to stay on the dole, and get drunk in albert parkl fopr the rest of my life.
ACTUALLY, i have the grades to get into the university i want to get into, and that's thanks to me NOT staying in 6th form like a drone and studying subjects that i despise with every ounce of my soul.
in fact i wasted half a year studying physics and maths in 6th form, before realising that i would rather study music and enjoy my life.
so, the chances are that i won't get a job as a doctor/architect/politician, yet i feel that i may be able to change lives in a way that these other 'professions' could never even dream of.
so, enjoy your lives being stuck in professions with high stress/suicide rates, because they have a good salary and make you feel better than me, all because your parents wanted you to 'succeed'. Meanwhile, i am doing what momentarily relieves me of the disease that is innane hubris everytime i pick up an instrument and relieve myself, and even other people. i can heal in ways that people who aspire to be doctors never could.
and i enjoy it. i enjoy healing, i enjoy helping. i enjoy wearing my heart on my sleeve.
have you ever been to a hospital?
have you ever seen how happy the doctors DON'T seem?
all i can say is 'HA!'
enjoy your lives, we'll see who feels more fulfilled spiritually, maybe even fiscally. . .
bitch.
